I currently lead project support at the NHS Business Services Authority, running delivery across three national clinical database programmes (CDR, MDR and Specials). I own scope, timelines, RAID and escalations, and keep teams and vendors moving under NHS governance.

Before that, I shipped products in music licensing, insurance, investments, travel and SAP finance. I am equally at home with ministry-level stakeholders and the engineers who build what they agree. Award-recognised at NHS BSA and PRS for Music.
